ok ok ok im starting a new journal entry (due to threats)

its been a simple day so far, nothing huge to report.
room tidy now at 60% ( i think if my rough math is right , the last 40% should be quicker- as there is more space now)
Room tidy - architectural level date reached is (strangely enough) December 2004, shocking isn't it!
Became a pod-cast production 'consultant' for an hour last night, my life is still happily ruled by the 'Pod-cast' YAY.
Have found pod-cast addiction to be healthier than smoking, whisky, burgers, chocolate and coke(hmm which one do i mean????? (maybe both??)?!)
Want to get my home made 'Tank Girl' poster up tonight, its only been a year since i made it.
on a time vortex mystery level, i awoke to find my mobile phone lost- yesterday, only to find 'Billy Mitchell' from tv's 'Eastenders' was having the same problem. weirdly his phone was the same make, model and colour combo as mine, a blue and orange 'brick' Nokia.
all is well though, we have both found them, mine was at the local cinema.

Bipolar Is soo in control this week, feel a very changed person, a real relief from all the blood letting and chaos of last week and all those weeks before. which is good because i have some friends to look after a bit this week. and im in a position to listen and to help.
although sleep is buggering up again- and work pressure mounting up. keep thinking of my aunt and uncle who have to go though another Christmas with out there son

Mental problems/conditions is still such stigma/circus act in this country- really need to start doing my bit to educate people

Our 2 main political parties have (all bar name) merged into one- we look like sheep and are doing so much crap to the world. we could be setting examples, and doing good stuff but we are distilling hate.
is it me or is the only effective opposition in this country the press (gawd help us) the cabinet left is so far right in policy, that its wiped the shadow 'right' - out of the water- the right who are now coming back more left than the left??
if you have left - liberal or progressive political leanings- who the fuck do you vote for?
must be because tourism and 'the city' are our only industries now.
please someone tell me im wrong.

hopefully positive things to say tomorrow, another thing that makes me sad is the dim whited nature of guys on the boards- and there crappie stereotypical 'cool' responses. its like they choose entries from a pop up menu - "two words" "that's bullshit man" ...
its coming back to me now 'don't bother with the boards', unless its about inane things' cause people don't voice there opinion just their rejection of yours - then a jibe, im thick skinned but i don't really have the energy to bother.

The Groups are so much better- you can actually have a conversation and swap info and opinions, viva la groups

Arby's is a fast-food chain that sells roast beef sandwiches, market-type sandwiches, chicken stuff, and otehr things. It's slightly more expensive than your average McDonald's and much better tasting.
