found some yoga lessons on my doorstep/block can't decide between them : Vajrasati yoga or Kundalini yoga but at 6 they sound well priced.
Recovered from my age panic, Happy being single with good friends, so things are back to normal apart from sleep patterns

I miss Quincy - what happened to it? We should petition to the BBC to get it returned to the air ... don't get me wrong ... i enjoy diagnosis murder but at the end of the day Quincy is THE man.

I only have the standard five channels, and since they stopped showing Magnum PI on 5 i'll just have to stick with Dick Van Dyke for the time being!
