I read it, twice. And I agree with all your talking points. It’s not just Canada, but America has also become a basket of frivolous lawsuits brought by “social media injured” people. And that sucks! The web was always designed to first and foremost be a universally, although self policed, free speech forum. Of course there are limits: child harm, blatant shaming, violence, etc have no place.
