It's nice to be back, I've neglected SG a bit. So what's new with me? Got a 243 on Step 2, thank god. Did a month in the ER - sewing people up is totally cool. Now I'm in a psych ER for a month and having a fucking BALL. I love it. Plus the hours are easy, leaving me with much more time to get my life in order and get back to the really important things - like masturbation. And pursuing my further education in sex and sexual deviancy.


SO, our term for today is Stigmatophilia: obtaining sexual arousal and gratification by marking one's own body or by insterting foreign object's into ones own body.

When I first read this I was like, what, like a dildo? But the objects in question are insterted into the body itself, not an orifice. In practice this then basically refers to piercing and other forms of body modification. Anyone have a thing for this and want to tell me about it? I'm interested. For my part, I admit to being totally turned on when I got my upper ears pierced. I probably can't go too far down that path before people stop taking me seriously as a physician. The thing is, though, the turn on (for me) is in the act of having a man pierce my ear, not in having an earring there. Maybe I should just keep going back- "oops, it fell out and the hole closed. could you do it again?"
