Dr. Ruthless's medical tip #1 July 23, 2005: The over-zealous use of very large dildos/vibrators (the one involved in the case I heard about was supposedly two feet long!) inserted into the anal canal has been known to cause perforation of the large intestine, which is a dangerous surgical emergency and quite unpleasant, I'm sure. So play nicely, boys and girls.
