I seem to be making monthly journal entries. Sigh. In December I have a lot of vacation time so I'll be able to keep up more.

What I'm up to these days is I am interviewing for residency (what happens to me after I graduate) and taking a fun elective on how to do acupuncture to people's ears to treat addiction. It is awesome, and I especially like getting acupuncture done on myself! I bought a bunch of needles to play around at home with. Also these magnet thingies you can stick on the back of your ear, which is supposed to have a calming effect. I dig it. I'm on the verge of becoming some sort of hippie. Today I bought a book called Healing With Whole Foods and some spirulina. But don't worry, Dr. Ruthless still needs to tear into a very rare steak and down a couple of pints every now and then.
