Hey im getting back to cooking little by little, as soon as i get all my cooking utensils at my finger tips i will not be happy. I made a Chicken lasagna in white sauce i thought i might mention here "Chicken Lasagna w/white sauce" i replaced the lasagna noodle with oven ready ones i suggest u do the same. Lasagna noodle are a pain to make, this the oven ready ones place, layer then oven. Not boil, wait, not over boild place soggy an then layer with ingreients an oven... enjoy an also season chicken to your liking, i made it with chicken breast chopped it up b4 cookin seasoned and slow cooked while i got the lasagna mix ready.
