I just finished seasoning my turkey to gobble gobble tomorrow. Its marinating in garlic, oregano, cumin, basil, adobo and some beer its also coated in butter to seal all those nice flavors, i even got under the skin. I'm going to bake it in those seal bag, i highly recommend this keeps the turkey very moist, and who doesnt like moist meat

It will be accompanied with some rice w/pigeon peas (Spanish style of course) some mashed potatos and salad.
Dont no if i should make a pasta salad but i'll figure it out tomorrow
