so i saw Kill Bill this afternoon. (anybody who knows me knows my policy on watching movies in theatres - only if it MUST be seen in the theatre, and only a mid week matinee). this was perfect b/c it's Matrix opening day, so everyone there was there to see the Matrix. there were only 4 other people in our theatre. do you love previews as much as i do? i LUV previews! it's like a whole second movie, they're so entertaining. we saw some good ones, too. a preview for The Last Samurai which i didn't really have any desire to see until today. (it's genius the way a good preview, seen in the theatre can make even the shittiest movie seem good - not that the Last Samurai will be a shitty movie, but, for example, Along Came Polly - or some such nonsense vehicle for jennifer aniston and ben stiller). and i saw my first preview of Return of the King - it gave me chills! (i'm such a geek!). anyway, Kill Bill was great. uma thurman is so beautiful. the anime was amazing. the music was amazing. the sets were amazing. the fights were amazing. boy was it gorey though. i'm glad i was warned of that before-hand.

I've been off and on. It's been quite the school year so far to say the least. I'm having an amazing time, but I'm also running into some issues. But, so is life.
I like the handcuffs. I've already got some bruises on my wrists from fiddling around with them. So far, no practical applications have arisen. We'll see how that goes

There are always other things. Always always always. Girly stuff, as per usual. School has actually been going very well. I'm studying theater production, which I'm absolutely loving.

I spent two hours screwing around with Photoshop last night and I think I've got my tattoo all figured out. I figure if I can bring in something rough it will be easier for the artist to draw something up. I'm going in this afternoon to talk to him. I'm going to get a sacred heart on each shoulder but instead of having it shaded in it's going to look like a nautical star. It looks really cool. At least I think so.
