Hi SG Fam!!
I know it's been a bit since I actually sat down and wrote a personal blog as opposed to simply posting photos.
I have been spread very thin the past couple of weeks! Between work life, mom life, relationship life, & upkeep around the house life; my days (while rewarding) have been quite exhaustive. So thanks for sticking with me!
This brings me to the newest blog homework topic! I could not survive these long weeks without my one of a kind GIRL GANG!
Here, I'll introduce you to the ladies who have kept my ass alive for an extended period of time. The women you are about to meet have stood by my side at my very best & my absolute worst. Some real earth angels!! So without further ado, here are my sweet babes!
Meet Steph:
This babe is the holy grail of best friends! She's been my main doll since before I can remember. We were probably about 4 years old when we met. She's my MOH & we will forever be extra at the reggae show ❤️
Meet Mole:
My Capricorn soul sister! This gem is the only being in the universe that gets me on a cosmic level. She lives hundreds of miles away, but when we get to see each other it's like no time has passed. She is the light of my life, even if the trunk is busted 💛
Meet Lo & Dubz:
This triad was built on the foundation of grief back in 2007. Lo's younger sister, Erin, was mine & Dubz childhood best friend before her time on earth was cut short. Through the process, Lo and Dubz became two of my closest allies. We all hold such fond memories with each other and our dearly departed that our bond became a force to reckon with 💜
& last but certainly not least, meet Erin:
As you can see, we were young when she left this earth to live in the heavens. I won't delve too deep into this one, as 10 years later I still miss her the same. Just know she is an honorary member of my girl gang, and the Barbie to my Skipper. Rest Easy lil Tink 💚
While there are a few other women in my life worth celebrating, these girls are my rocks and have been the solid foundation in my existence for many years. I thrive because they push me. I grow because they water me. And I am grateful because they (for some reason) love me!
thank you @rambo & @missy for the blog homework topic! I can only hope to have my very own SG Girl Gang eventually as well. Being new to this community I have yet to create lasting friendships, but I have already met some awesome women who are as sweet as they are beautiful!
