they admit they underresourced us....so to compensate, they are sending a team of inexperienced teens from goddamn muswellbrook of all places. I said to my team leader today that the 3 of us that are going are just gonna have to stick together and support each other.
the 12 hour days while we are away is bad enough......18 hour days are fucked up.
Sending teens away on a job is disaster. Not only will they be thinking it is a holiday,one of us is going to have to be running around making sure that they do it all right instead of working ourselves.
Also, SO jealous about your time off!! I am currently getting ready to go rowing for work (starts at 5am) and then tomorrow is my yearly performance review. It's intense.
