the uni thing is more like a finish what i started nearly 10 years ago. I have chosen a better uni and a more structured degree so it should work out well

Thanks for the wonderful offer... I have the flight down straight to Canberra already locked in. If I can afford it at all, I will investigate whether a flight from Sydney to Brisbane is cheaper than Canberra to Brisbane and may take you up on the offer of a lift back from Canberra to Sydney... must do sums. Will report back.

And yes, the *evil convincing glare* might come out, though with the lovely comments I've received so far, apparently existing is working equally as well!
