Our Band played at the Presidio Yacht club. last night, Saturday April 5. It's a really cool old bar with a great view of the Golden Gate bridge. The bridge looked nice at night. Overall we played just fine. We did mostly my original songs, with a "Northern California Jam Band" sound or you could call us "Psychedelic Folk Rock". We did some covers by the Beatles, Stones, Dylan, and everyone liked our version of Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues. Since we opened, we started off mellow and then had people dancing at the end of the set on my rockabilly song, Kentucky Line. A few glitches but overall well received and well attended for the size of the bar. And we made some money to donate to the Rex Foundation. (sigh of relief)
