I checked out the house today. It rocks ass.
It's huge. It's nice. It's cheap. It comes with all the major appliances. I'll get $5000 at signing to put towards repairs. There are a few things that need to be done, but not $5000 worth that I saw. Most I can do myself.
So, that means I have $5000 to buy a lawnmower, some living room furniture, and pay off my credit cards. And most likely, have some to spare.
Today kicked some serious ass overall. Everything with the house, I ate mexican food for breakfast, and Colman had a party, which rocked. It was great seeing everyone. I need to keep in better touch with my friends.
