i remember reading about that shooting a little while ago. let's not forget that virginia was the last state to have an anti-misogyny/interracial relationship law on the books less than 30 years ago. i don't know whether you read my comment on the sodomy law thread but i learned yesterday that we should expect the supreme court to rule against the law when they release their decision.
