Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. smile

That sounds scary indeed. Oh, Ive been meaning to ask you, since you seem to know all the answers to all my silliest questions- how does a computer really really work??? Is there a book or a site called "The World For Dummies" which would explain how everything works? I almost remember how an aeroplane can fly but if I think about it too much I get confused again, especially if and when seated in an aeroplane. Scary stuff, world.
pihka:
Well, you still managed to explain some bits which I hadnt known before, and now the aeroplane (however its spelled, I have a nasty tendency of going the hard way whenever Im uncertain about a spelling) makes sense again, thank you for saving my holidays, I was already thinking I had to take a boat to the UK next spring because the flying bit was starting to get scary again.

And I think I wont be on the lookout for that website anyway- its much more fun to ask you any random questions and get an answer of some sort or another. I know a few people like that, its always so amazing, as my knowledge represents itself on completely different things...

Yea, I gotta keep everybody on their toes...I'll change it back in a few days...

Sounds like a cool internship...as long as you are not the test monkey or something!

ooo aaa > "Wheeeeeeeeee"!!!

Hmmm that would explain all the squish squish noises lately...

Just a quick note to get you in my comment sections, so I have a link to come read you again. Also a Physics major here in NYC but heading towards the HS teaching thing, not the explore the universe thing! Thanks for the heads up re Solstice.

So do you think light is really the vibration of another dimension, sort of the shaking of the actual true ether (space time stuff) or maybe another real dimension that transmits waves like water transmits the surf, or what?! I just cannot figure out how there is a electric field, and a magnetic field, but that they exist without any moving mass to generate them! Yet they are bent by gravity so there must be some mass, or does there? Arrgh, taking modern physics for the first time next semester, lots more fun the analyzing financial statistics!

Squishy? Is that healthy? I don't think I've ever felt squishy, but if I did, I would probably see someone about it! Parents can in fact be cured with sufficent application of vodka, but squishy?...

The new Pihka set on the other hand, that I get completely! love

PS - If you've still got this squishy thing by this weekend, I ain't comin' over, 'cause I don't want that to catch that! surreal
