well, i decided since a certain someone needs interaction with others her age, that i would put her in daycare a few days a week.... and since my nerves will be completely shot due to that, i decided to get a daytime job... it will help with the bills (somewhat, since i am actually doing what i said i would never do... but i will get to that in a second).... so the first place i applied, interviewed me and hired me on the spot not even 2 seconds after i turned in my application.... of course this place would hire anything with a pulse, but hey, itll be a learning experience for me, since i have never in my life worked a minimum wage job... it has always been since i was 16 working for tips... i waitressed up until august of 2001... and i have been dancing since jan of 2001.... (i waited tables when i was home on school breaks, and then when i lived in va beach for the summer, so at one point i was dancing and waiting tables)....
i always said to anyone who put down dancers and called them whores "well, its better than whoring myself out for minimum wage at mcdonalds...".... now im eating those words! lol... i dont really care because my main income will still be dancing... ill be working at mickey-ds 4 days a week, but the income still wont touch what i make at my other job... but, hey, it will help with my bills and hopefully get my debts somewhat taken care of, plus its something for me to get my mind off of sitting around and being lonely at home... i think it will be good to keep me from going insane (okay it will keep me from going ENTIRELY insane, since no matter what i will still always be searching for bits and pieces of my sanity)....
not only am i a "stripper whore", i am now proud to be a "minimum wage mcdonalds whore"!
i will be queen supreme of whoring myself out to a huge franchise that you would think could afford to pay its workers more than 5.15 an hour.... *shrug* you gotta take what you can get... and im not going to turn down a job that hires me on the spot, especially if its a job just to keep me busy....
