So, Bailey and I just took our first road trip. We left Boston Thursday, stayed with friends in Richmond, VA, in a scary hotel in Hardeeville, SC, and then finally at a Ramada in Jacksonville, FL.

Bailey got her first lesson in professional bike racing, and got so excited, she cried. How cute is that?

We drove up to Athens, GA on Sunday night, and she got the tour. Bluebird for breakfast, Barbaritos for lunch, The Grit for dinner, and the 283 Bar for drinks. Tuesday we had lunch at The Grill (Tofu dogs and milkshakes) and then went to Little Five Points in Atlanta for a few hours until her flight home at 8.

Now I have to rely on her "photo of the day" she sends me when I'm on the road, until she comes back to visit at the end of the month.
