My Sweet Midori recipe
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
5 oz ginger ale
3 lime wedges
Pour the Midori melon liqueur into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale, squeeze in the juice from 2 or 3 lime wedges, and serve.
also, I like to substitute 1/2 the ice with frozen melon balls! YUMMY!

I know a REALLY good coffee shop... It's called Gaia on Leith Walk just after Albert St on the right. It's owned by the most amazing Sicilians and they do good sammiches, salads and cakes tooo. It's just coffee and soft drinks though.
Thinking... thinking...
You'd think there'd be more tea places in the capital of SCOTLAND. How rubbish...

Okay, my best guess would be SPOON: address: 15 Blackfriars St
Still, it's quite modern and not so hippie. Rubbish Edinburgh!
