It actually doesn't pay at all. I remodeled my entire house myself, including the floors and everything for under 2000 dollars. Which, was a loan. The house was on the cheep cause it needed so much work and the economy in FL was for shit. It was just a lot of hard work (even put the fence in the back up myself). I wish I was rich.
