Well what was going on was I have all the required paper work to file a motion in court. Yesterday I went to speak with a lawyer and have him look over my paper work to make sure I had filled everything out properly.
I'm representing myself in court.

Still haven't seen Napolean Dynamite. Better get off my ass soon.
