There is a bit of a learning curve - & iTunes certainly isnt as intuitive or user friendly as it could be (their whole proprietary philosophy I suppose .)[I download a lot off e-music, and its cumbersome to transfer it into my iTunes library] but, in time, youll get used to it. Its also worth it! I was a late to join the digital revolution as well, thinking that I liked the ritual of scanning through my CD collection to pick out what I wanted to take with me [what a dinosaur ]. Now, however, I find having the whole fucking thing in my pocket is awesome!

I can't offer much help in the way of the iPod even though I have one. I still miss my Sony sport walkman and tapes. If you need to go pigtails, then I suggest braiding the stache into them. Yes, the plastic stache. Once you master that then iTunes will be a breeze.
I know, it was taken the first week I was home from the hospital, those damn babies never sleep! I don't think I've ever looked that rough. I think it's funny that I'm looking better 7 years later. I swear I didn't sign a contract with the evil one.
