welcome home. Glad to hear you survived the flight, even with the douchebag seated next to you. It was a bit quiet here without you though.

Your wife has excellent taste in music! I love the Jam & they are one of my all time favorites as well.

Weather wise, I'm a bit of a hot baby. I hate this shit! It's weather like this which convinced me it would be a good idea to move to Wisconsin (it didn't dawn on me until it was far too late that there was a very real and tangible difference between Kentucky winter and "real" winter! You'd think in the process of building their state capitol in a swamp, they would have experienced at least one moment of clarity . . . "y'know, that wind whipping off the three frozen lakes surrounding us is fucking cold eh?" . . . Alas, apparently not.)

As to HST, I agree. It seems he was a bit of an ogre, but damn, I love his writing! I tend to prefer his essays and political commentary to the novels, but I think I've read, and loved, everything he ever wrote.

I'm Scandinavian with a temper and I refuse to live around the mood swings of others. I'm content with coming home to a snake for the most part.

Welcome back BTW smile
