But if Congress can pass Webb's GI Bill (not McCains) that will be the most awesome shit ever.
Four years of tuition (at public universities in your home state) and books, plus over $2000 a month living stipend for every single servicemember who served sinced 9/11.
Apparently they have veto-proof support in the House and almost that much support in the Senate. The asshole supposed war hero McCain is trying to kill it.
