It came in a sleeve with three holes punched in it. Looks great, certainly, but the band lost five pence on every one, as it was so expensive to make. The record sold millions, and therefore, the more they sold, the more money the band lost. You can't make stuff like that up. Of course, they are one of my favourite record labels. This book is astonishingly beautiful - and slightly sad, too.
