I hope you find your helper real soon
shazzy:
You're moving?

Can I come?
themin:

It does look/sound too good to be true, but sometimes you just have to trust your insticts.. what are they screaming at you? wink

Cheers and good luck moving!
jonnytrrrash7:
wow, that's a big move, all of a sudden.

That apartment looks amazing!
shazzy:
Is Corey going with you?
socal_drew:
Nice place wink
mercedes:
500 euros???

aaron:
This is kind of awkward for me seeing as I don't know you, but this sends my scam-o-meter through the roof. That apartment looks way to good to be true, and how does you giving them 400 euros lock it up for over a year? Do they have a current tenant that doesn't have a right to renew their lease, also in my part of the world $500 would get you an old studio apartment in a shoddy part of town, I can only imagine prices being higher in downtown Dublin, not lower. Please be skeptical, please, and I wish you nothing but the best of luck.
micah:
How the hell is that place only 500 euros per month?! Were you able to get some kind of discount though some shady connections or something?
tat2man77:
i would only if that 400 euros came with a lease to sign, or atleast a contract saying that an apartment will be yours in 2008
aliana:
holy crap that is nice...yeah i would try to get someone to look at it before making a move like that though...!
lee:
You're moving to Ireland eeek For good? That apartment does seem a little too good to be true.
dasha:
the lady said she will be sending the lease and such to me by mail before i pay the 400 euros, through her "attourney". apparently her uncle was living there and he has now retired. i am skeptical of this and that's why i am looking for a nice person to go have a look for me.

i've looked at a few other places and yes this one seems very sketchy, and right now with all the immigration the housing is quite expensive so scams are very easy to fall into.
solaris:
that place is beautiful! if you move in i have to come to visit someday.
ophelie:
Thank for your email my bunny love.
I miss you a lot but I'll visit you in Dublin and you know what? I'll make you the little cakes you love : "madeleines", especially for you.

kiss
francis:

kiss
ladylovelybrit:
Go for it, that place looks so incredible!!!! kiss
nickfaust:
Not in Dublin, so I can't help. But they all look pretty good. Wish I could be more help.

Mainly just wanted to say hi.
tex13:
If its a real deal that place will be amazing, good luck with everything.
johnesmoke:

if this doesn't look like an Irish squirrel then i don't know what the hell does. i'm trying desperately to figure out what he's saying. it's impossible!

Canada will simply fold as a country when you leave. we'll all just be like, "well we had a good run but now that Dasha's gone, what's the point?"
