my ideal date would involve lots of affection first thing in the morning till night from my husband. I'd make him a great breakfast, have a nice conversation. take our daughter to the park to play on the swings. laugh a whole bunch. make daisy chains, wear them. and a great family dinner cooked by my man, followed by saying bye to my sweet little girl as she stays overnight at drandma's. and enjoy some rare precious tme alone.

Aw.. That's so sweet and romantic!! I'm totally sorry that I didn't get in till late enough to miss you tonight. The walking tour didn't take so long, but I wound up spending some time with the tour guide and his girlfriend after it. Really great people.

I wish my sense of romance wasn't so busted at this point, or I'd have better to write out on the idea of my ideal date..

I would wake up before him, curled up together in bed. Slink off to the shower, and he'd eventually join me in there, I kind of find it soothing to take a shower with another person. Just to stand under the showerhead with them and curl up nice and close. Rest your head on their shoulder, shut your eyes and let the water wash over the both of you. He'd help me to wash my hair.

We'd get out of the shower, dry off, get dressed, and then go out for lunch together. ( It would have to be lunch, it would be so late. )

When we came back from lunch, we would curl up on the couch and watch movies together.. of my choosing. He'd have to put up with my weird taste for art films and blood and gore b-movies. We would cuddle.. He'd let me rest my head on his chest and eventually, I would probably fall asleep and nap on him, and he'd just watch the movie and then wait for me to wake up.

Later, we would go out somewhere dark and secluded together.. Just to stare at the stars and we'd take my camera. I love playing with my camera. And.. that would really be all it took...
