Let us see, what is going on here. I was supposed to go on a Tempe Photo walk today, but damn if it wasn't hot out. I decided to sit this one out. For the time being any pics I do take will be indoors. I need more excuses to use my White Lightnings. As it cools off a bit I will probably be heading out and snapping more shots. The more you shoot, the more you learn.
I got some season tickets for the ASU Sun Devils. Luckily I was able to snag the seat right next to my friend and his wife. Section 208 with seatbacks
Tailgating is always a lot of fun. A lot of my friend's family are ASU alumni and they like to bring their Sun Devil pride with them.
Not much esle going on right now. I am finally on book 7 of the Dark Tower. This is the last one. I got a little freaked out when I saw Hurt by Reznor quoted on the opening pages. If you've read the series you would know how certain names, songs seem to pop up all the time. Not too long ago (durring book 4 of the Dark Tower) I heard Hurt for the first time at Zia records. It was JohnnyCash's version. As with most people, it had a fairly profound impact on me. So it freaked me out a bit to see it splayed out there.I really hate getting to the end of a book series. There is always a sense of loss for me. I am looking forward to seeing how King ends this series though.

Haha mine did too the first time I watched it! That episode still gives me chills. Sooooo good! Only 1 more month til Season 5!!!

I did very much enjoy the trip. Would have better but in the end it still was a good time away from town
