We don't get much autumn down here. frown

I miss it.

The norm for my hair is short; I only grew it for a year for Locks of Love. I was so happy to cut it off that when I took my survival knife to it and hacked off the tail my head breathed a great sigh of relief.

They'd have a problem at my job if I used any kind of gel in my hair, so the greaser look is out. My patients are all in end-stage kidney failure and certain things could kill them and they're all more prone oto allergies or hypersensitivites and since they'r basically lying back hooked up to a machine helpless for hours . . . there are strict limits on lotions, scents, etc.

I'm not sure if I could do that anyway. It works for you; me, I doubt it.

I kind of wanted to shave it and start fresh.

I will likely try a goatee. I won'tshve the beard. Each time since I was 15 that i shaved it everyone, and I mean that literally, they UNANYMOUSLY said I HAD to grow it back.

Even two exes that hated beards said I needed to keep it.

And when I shaved it the last time in 2002, psoriasis broke out there. So not a chance.

But a goatee I may do again.

I love this time of year, fall is my favorite, the leaves change color, the air is crisp, and the rains come...I feel my best at this time....and those paintings are amazing!!

Love the artwork! Great stuff! And I couldn;t agree more with Phoenixgirl. The fall kicks ass. I love it here in New England in the fall. Best time of year. The fall color and the crisp air... the soft sounds of wind in the leaves and the smell of purity.... it's just awesome!

I really hope that set gets accepted. Just like the last one Q had in SCS, I just can't fathom why they would deny such a creative set!

Do you always post such great blog entries? I think I need to lurk you a tad bit more often biggrin
