Details?

Where were you and what sort of things were you seeing? I've found that sometimes I need to take a break from work because I'll have a bad couple of weeks where a majority of customers would do bad things, even if they were minor. It would just all stack up, and I'd be angry at the world because I wasn't seeing the usual number of good people to balance out the bad.
