Hey everyone, I know I've been MIA for a few weeks but let me tell you what I've been up too. I recently moved back into my Rv and took a trip back home. I had an amazing time the last week with my family and dearest friends. I feel like it is always way too long between my journeys home each time I go. I was very satisfied with this trip back home and seeing everyone. I always feel nostalgic after I return home. My favorite part of visiting back home is feeling peaceful while I am there, vs feeling stuck and resentful. While I do not like where I am from, I have found the older I get the more I don't mind visiting for a few days. My grandma looked great despite currently going thru chemo and radiation every week. She really makes me proud. I don't know what I will do when she passes. She's been my rock since my grandpa passed away in 2003.
I got to see my children which was amazing. They are huge and all grown up as kids tend to do. My daughter is such a fiery sweet soul, my youngest is so nonchalant and sarcastic...Gee I wonder where they get it from. I was really happy to have the time I had with them. I helped my mom take care of her shrubs around the house. That was fun. We discovered she has a rooster in with her hens. It was hilarious to listen to his pitiful crow while he learns. It's funny how things are sometimes. More amusing I think, but what would life be like without little moments that make you smile?
I needed a new laptop, so I managed to purchase one of those too while I was home. Got a great deal on it. I'm excited to be able to interact more with you guys now!! Yay!! Just think about all the fun we will have together. OH! Did I mention in just 3 months and a few weeks I will have my first set in member review!! OHMYGOSH THAT'S SO EXCITING!!! I've been a busy little bee the last few weeks and I have so much to share with you! I hope you are all just as excited as I am.
