People have their own shit to work out, and she is really taking this hard... you said you were kinda over it befor eyou broke up... well she's not, and now it's a whole total shock that she is trying to deal with... and isn't doing it well. It's cool that you're a reno kinda guy and will have a chance to reno a house! I just know it's gonna be cool. I have a friend who reno'd a house in the Cathedral area and it's totally rad.

i saw L's mom at the bar the other night with her GF. she really is very sweet. i've never officially met her till then.
tell L it's over and don't take her calls. she wont get over you if you let her still have contact. the same thing happened (ish?) with my first ex. everyone needs space, even if they don't think they want it.
the house idea sounds like a good one.
i've been thinking about getting a house recently too. i'm tired of paying rent and just having the money go off into nowhere. i'd like for my money to at least go towards paying off an investment... *sigh*
