RIght now I'm loving Timesplitters and Star Wars Battlefront. Though I heard really good things about Republic Commando too. It all depends on what kind of game you're in the mood for. You just finished an RPG, so I doubt you'd be ready for another one already (besides KotoR I and Fable are pretty much your only choices). If you're in the mood for some cool hack & slash rpgs though, you can't go wrong with:

Those are all qualitiy titles.
I was home alone too, and loving it. The kids went to bed, and there was quiet. Unfortuantely I hurt my back somehow, not really sure how, so I just vegged in front of the tv. Only I was alone on Saturday, not Friday. Still it was nice, just to veg, would have been better if I weren't in such pain.
