astanga (or ashtanga) yoga is for strengthening and conditioning, some people might say. but i use it mainly to rid the body of toxins and de-stress. it's quite aerobic (sometimes called "power yoga"), and i love it.

The Frank miller stuff i really love is his Sin City stuff and the Dark Knight returns, and DK strikes back! i'm a Batman Fan from Way back, and Miller is really the only one who really captured the feel of Bats, a Manic depressive, w/ a border line personality disorder! Bruce Wayne isn't pretending to be Batman, Batman is pretending to be Bruce Wayne!!!

How about Jack kirby??? if anyone really shaped the look and feel of Marvel space it was him!!!

I loved The Trial, but like all Kafka, it makes one even more depressed when one looks around and sees that the dehumanizing bureaucratic nightmare Kafka envisioned has, in many ways, become our reality.
