yeah promotion at work!!!!!
i'm now a manger!
its hard working with people that i've worked with for 4 years and most of them have been there longer than me and now i'm in charge of them. i'm grateful for the added money in my paycheck and the responsibility is sort of refreshing but its awkward to have to tell people what to do and shit.
my daughter is now the bog 3!
i think 3 is way worse than terrible twos. she has the biggest attitude and she knows right from wrong but also knows how to be sneaky. even a few months ago she didn't hide after she did something wrong.
today she climbed on top of the counter and got her paints and deided that her bedroom walls needed to be blue and green. it was a pretty picture but not ok in the least bit. she tried to lock me out of her room becasue she knew she was gonna be in trouble. talking back is another huge issue. i don't really know what to do. i'm finding myself getting so frustrated that i can barely speak and then she says some wise ass comment and a eyerolling and smirky "sorry" arggg i feel like rippiing my hair out lately.
but her vocabulary is amazing me on a daily basis and she drew a picture for me and wrote MOM and signed it a backwards C. I'm so proud of her when she does things like that. she explains things so clearly and it is helpful having a little insight into her little mind.
