okay. So I watched the Green Mile and it was so sad and just fucked up in general. I actually cried at the end, but it was as much from frustration at a retarded train of thought. I do not accept corporal punishment, so i thought the whole premise was fucked up. and yeah, how sad is that, Tom Hanks lives for really long time because "I killed one of god's true children". I thought that was beautiful. I guess Tom, one way or another, you were gonna get purgatory at best for being a death row prison guard, which in my opinion is scum of the earth. and Michael Duncan Clarke is one big guy. I think he's cool. So then I go to look up some of his other movies, and I see some guy ragging on his portrayal of Kingpin in Daredevil, which was one shitty movie, but he was the saving grace. His criticism? Kingpin from the comics is 6'7' 450lbs. Clarke is only 6'5" 350lbs (bulked up for that movie) that guy just wanted to sound important. Seriously, where the hell do they make actors bigger than that....okay Samoa, but I haven't seen any of those guys in movies. I have nothing useful to say. my adventures in moving stuff continue, and I'm spending the afternoon re-reading choice selections from my library instead of packing them. cheers.
