I picked up a guitar for the first time when I was 11 years old and I have not put it down since. Being a military brat (USA!), I moved around a bunch so I immediately started finding people to sit around and play with. This lead me to be in many different bands and play with a wide variety of talents and flavors over the years; I love each and everyone who I have played with. In 2001 something bad happened (9/11...once again, USA!) which would alter my course for a short time to serve my country. While I was there music would find it's way to me again. I bought a guitar and played in Iraq, even taught a good friend who I miss how to play (R.I.P. J.H.).
When I got back from Iraq I found a group of guys to play with and we entered the Army battle of the bands (which was bigger than I expected). We got 3rd! I then got injured in Iraq and that would lead to me being let go by Uncle Sam and my last duty station before I got released was Ft. Bliss, El Paso, TX where I would play in a few more bands. I learned a lot from my time in Cuco-town and met many people who helped me out (a ton) and gave me the tools that I needed to make it in this industry. I would not be here if it wasn't for you guys you know who you are! Now I am in Indianapolis, IN playing in The New Guilt which is the most talented group of guys that I have ever played with in my life. We are striving to bring a new energy into the music industry!
Until then, I am the thunder that precedes the storm.
