Pretty uneventful Easter.
I went to my brother's house for brunch - I think he was surprised that I showed. Thankfully, my sister, her husband, and my nieces were there because other than that it was all my sister-in-law's family who I don't really know all that well.
My nephew is still a very unattractive kid, but he has somewhat begun to grow out of "ugliest baby that ever lived" status.
Woo-hoo!
It was boring but it was nice ... what the hell, I feasted on ham and potatoes and baked ziti, so it couldn't have been that bad, right?
I got home around three and about 15 minutes later my buddy Andy called looking for a respite from his mother-in-law's. He came over for about an hour and a half to get away.
Now I'm just hanging out, watching the ever entertaining playoff hockey (TB/WASH about to enter a second overtime!) and feeling the beginnings of one of my sporatic cleaning jags. This one is destined to be a glass surface and furniture polish episode. I never see them coming, but when they do they're unstoppable. I've already cleaned my slider inside and out, and dusted the china closet. I'm on a roll.
Anyway, the hockey is about to resume so I'm out.
