Might as well put something here.
Yesterday I went to Warped Tour and took my 15y/o with me as well. It was her first time and a good time.
Well, it was fun, fun, fun.
I saw Billy Talent, Bad Religion, Flogging Molly, Anti-Flag, The Casualties, Sugarcult and a few others.
Flogging Molly had some feedback squeaking at the start of the set and my sister was faint, I still was able to hear the whole set while dealing.
Billy Talent, from Canada, was a very good surprise. The lead singer screamed his way into my heart.
The Casualties as always rocked: Moshing=fun. Pain=fun. Mohawk=fun. Busted Knee/Red Marks/Claw Marks=Fun Pushing=Fun.
Anti-Flag, I wasn't close enough to enjoy it (didn't try, was busy getting cult members).
Sugarcult, eh, whatever.
There are a couple other bands I saw that I enjoyed but need to find the names of them.
I found a sheet after Flogging Molly and ran around with it awhile and then began the sheet cult. I made wristbands of sheet and made people join. Only catch is, if you take it off I choke/hang you with it.
The girls (my sister and her friends) helped out and joined the cult. One girl lost her's and came back begging for another (well she asked kindly).
Lindsey's friend wanted to get this cute band member to join our cult but he said he didn't like clothes. No, he said he didn't like cults, it sounded like clothes. Hell, he wasn't wearing a shirt I have selective hearing. I really expected him to not like clothes.
Anyway, he is a member of a band and doesn't support cults. HELLO, your fanbase is pretty much just like a cult. Dumbass. I love how band members are so smart, like they should have a Ph.D. smart, but they spend their time pouring their souls out to us because it's their noble duty. Gag.
Linzor wanted to see Story of the Year so she dives into the sea of people me trying to stay behind her. She ends up getting kicked and the guy that kicked her falls on her head. Her head was hurt so then I had to drag her out of there. She was fine and I told her I was proud.
"You haven't had a good time at Warped tour, unless you got hurt."
They had this fake brick wall up, people were tagging it and writing on it. I wrote fuck and spit on it many times, also I spit on it everytime we walk by. Just trying to be punk. I told Linzor I had to fart and/or poop. I said "I should just sheet my pants so I could be more hard-core" but then suddenly I didn't have to go. I scared the sheet in myself I guess.
I taught Linzor:
When all else fails, yell "You are not worthy!" and walk away.
Those two boys that look all goth-punk and cute just sitting there, are flamers.
Fake emo/Bisexual boys ARE NOT hot.
Those who find themselves above accepting a piece of sheet, are a piece of sheet themselves.
Monks do not respect anything but their own non-existant G~d. [Long story]
It's o.k. to be racist against the nachos.
You do not have to be quiet between songs.
Saying fck will always empress someone.
Spitting on things is not marking what is yours, but marking what is not.
