Hi, yes i have 3 furry little nuisances, all rescue :) Only managing to exercise 4-5 times a week, unfortunately work gets in the way! Saw you liked White Collar? Haha, yeah he is lovely!I have only seen the first series, but i know 2 &3 are on netflix now ^_^ got soo much that i need to watch on there! lol aww sooo cute! =] names?! I've got 3 too, one is 8/9 years old the other 2 are nearly 2years =] love my children ;P yeah, i dont have work..just cba to do it! lol have one exercise class a week (pole fitness) but really trying to motivate myself more lol xx
Ive watched all 5 seasons (i download my tv, means i can watch stuff sooner)... Sean, Paddy & Lola, all 10 months old, i love kittens, they're bonkers and proper cuddly! Pole fitness, nice one, my mate used to do that before she moved to Amsterdam, required some decent strength so good on you! The motivation will come, as soon as you start seeing an improvement, it will make you want it more! Ive dropped 2.5 st since Jan, buying smaller clothes is always nice too, all adds to the motivation ;)
wow didn't know there were that many! well done on your loss in weight, good luck with more =] what sort of program/etc your following? i have plenty of smaller clothes, from when i wasn't as fat as i am now, it only makes me sadder lol =/ yeah it takes a lot lol, i dont know why but it tends to take me longer than everyone else to get the moves =/ super happy your kits are rescue, thats really good ^_^ i remember when my youngests were babies - full of energy and i dont miss them climbing up my legs to get food! lol xD xxx
It doesn't matter how long it takes, if it were easy it wouldn't be much of an achievement when you got there! And don't be sad about the clothes, its something for you to aim for! I don't follow a plan, i go for between an hour and two and try to split my time between cardio and weights depending on how i feel. Definitely try to get at least 20 mins cardio regardless. Cut chocolate and fizzy drinks out completely and more sensible with other meals. Still have a "cheat day" once a week, ive also cut down alcohol, just because beer is full of carbs! Someone took a photo of me at christmas, my god i was huge, that was all the motivation i needed!
