All this time and I was under the misconception that you proposed to someone because you loved them and wanted to spend the rest of your life making them happy... If someone told me that was total crap, and the reason you propose is because her friends and sister are all getting married, or her mum mentions it EVERY TIME YOU SEE HER, I'd have done it just after our first date!
Im sure most girls dream of being propsed to in a certain way and having the perfect wedding, but guys dont, they dream about perfect women (in my case Suicide Girls) and riding fast bikes/cars, but we dont make a point to go on about it every other day...
Come on girls, you're the more intelligent of the species, I know subtle hints don't works with or guys but there's no need to beat it into us with a brick, or your mother
