@amberetta whatever the dose was. It was in a little bottle that was slightly larger than an energy shot bottle and was called "sleep water".

Lol that's why. My kids take the actual pills. My oldest son takes almost 10mg a night to fall asleep. The pills are better than other forms of melatonin. I used to take 15mg.
