reading this makes me miss living in manhattan all that much more!
that drink sounds badass...
at least i have a new place to check out if i make it back there soon.
I used to live on sixth st. between C & D...
and i'm a hopeless omnivore!
so lets hope both our souls are prayed for
i'm not really digging the new beta thingie...
its slower and the pastel colors make my eyes cringe!
hopefully i'll adjust to it soon.
Have a great weekend!
That drink sounds so luscious!!! Hey, my first cat's name was Moto! Well, Mr. Moto to be exact.
I won't pray for your meat eating soul, but as a sort of "hail Mary", maybe you can send me your favorite vegetarian Lebanese recipe.
I couldn't specifically vouch for the unexpected implantation of a uterus, but I wouldn't put it past those quacks at that hospital. I recall hearing how they would always cut corners and, really, what better way to dispose of a carved-out womb than to stick it inside a terribly oblivious fellow? It's genius. Maniacal, yes, but genius, too.
You have no idea how much I look forward to correcting someone for improperly writing "running the gauntlet." Moments like that give me the fleeting sensation of personal superiority, also known as myshitdoesnotstinkitude. Oddly enough, the feeling is duplicated whenever I bite into a York Peppermint Patty. Or when I start my period.
I, too, had concerns that our bookmarks had gone the way of the dodo, but fear not! If you click the "Home" link under your username at the top of the screen, you'll be able to access them. Granted, I didn't yet see a full and complete list of friends and those I've deemed interesting (oh, what a power trip that is), but at least this crappy new layout (which, by the way, does seem discernibly slower than the old model) didn't take justy take away the bookmarks. Not yet, anyway.
Ewww, bratwurst. That's just so gross! I can still recall how unpleasant it was to chew on gristle.
And, of course, I wouldn't imagine that I could do a Wisconsin accent, either. I'm just hopeless, I suppose.
