haloha... something wierd is going n as i just scrolled back over your last few journal entries and replies i had written to you, appear to have been lost in the online ether... oh well hopefully this makes it! It was good to bump into you too the other day, iit seemed to be my day for bumping into folks. I made a bit of money at that hype and seek shop which i was happy about cos i walked in there totally bust. uni is going well tho i am in stinkin mood tonight because i'm having problems with my pc and my step dad came to visit and i walked in as he was looking at my personal pictures in my pictures folder. I was sooo pissed off for ages. Anyway.... the video tape has arrived from Stumpy of the films that he showed at trasharama so if you want to catch up sometime and see them let me know. I'm heading out to see a fringe show in memorial of BAtterz (do you know who i mean?) at the parks tomorrow night, then am looking forward to the opening nights of the festival (all three of them) and a movie about hip-hop thats on at the mercury on saturday. My uni work for friday is to go and see exhinitions at the festivals.... how cool is that??
Have you started your course yet? Hope all is well with you. wink
BTW - you would have no trouble toning up if thats what you want to do, some weights and a fitness ball would be a good start if you don't want to join a gym.

aww thanks!! I have been slack this week re: study though! Having a bad period...literally lol

Still dragged my ass out for a walk each night though!

I admire you for doing the carer thing, it is something I have thought of but know deep down I just couldn't do. I get grossed out by people who have leftover food on their lip...I don't think I'd be any good at all! Way too queasy.

I used to want to build up muscle, after I saw Linda Hamilton in Terminator II I was like yeeeeeeeah!! I lasted three months and went...naaaah. lol It is hard work!! Good luck there, don't forget to take before and after photos for us! Are you gonna give Haden a run for her money?? wink kiss

Those curtain sound nice,Australian wild flowers are so purdy & the colors are amazing..good choice for the kitchen biggrin
The carer business sounds like its intense,i once worked in nursing home & also was studying nursing so i know what ya thinking,it can be daunting but also quite fulfilling..Hey is

The Hickman book is splendid, one of my faves; it made want to grow up to be a courtesan - and thank you for the attempt at making me sound intelligent with the "recommended by..." smile

It's been my turn to wonder where you've been, what with these minimalist entries of yours - you ok?

The caring industry - in an ideal world, we'd all be trained to the hilt and be supported by a well oiled and caring infrastructure, but in reality it doesn't work that way. I find that carers are often left to create their own support networks to cope - reach out to other staff for advice and support. The other reality is that there just aren't enough good carers around which is why they throw you in the deep end - but as long as you have empathy and common sense, you'll be fine.

Just stick with it a while longer smile
docrock:
Now there's an image that will get me through the day smile

The face masks sound great! I love "equipment"... I did a shoot with a speculum last year that was really amazing; and one of misshell's entries has got me to thinking about dental implements. There's something immediately fetishistic about modern cosmetics biggrin

So are we talking ALL your body hair? kiss
docrock:
It's funny, I'm extreme - either beautiful big 70's bush or completely bare (god save me from landing strips smile ) - but I can't talk as I'm closely related to sasquatch. I'm sure barbers sell my clippings to carpet manufacturers.

Actually I'm a big fan of horst's work - he was one of the original voguers - especially his work with scarred models (nothing major, appendix scars etc, but ahead of his time). Haven't seen anything in the fetish photography world that's interested me in a long time... any suggestions?

I've tried to burn the spidey film from my brain so I can't recall the green goblin's taste in masks... (I thought spidey 2 wasn't bad though blush )

I bid you sweet adieu, mon amour

lets just say he saw pics i would rather my dad never saw in my computer and it was embarrassing!
Batterz tribute thing was wierd but good and sad as well, i was sooking like baby thru much of it. Uni is FANTASTIC i had frst art/design class today and am all fired up like there's a rcket up my arse over it. I get to do a full day each wek in each of the ten studios there... jewellery, printmaking, sculpture, drawing, painting, photography, glass, textiles, new media and ceramics! I am soo excited,
Hey i hope yo get this message soon as you really outta get yourself back to the arndale salvos, looks some old lady has just passed on her entire range of clothes from the fifties and sixties, they have an entire retro rack there of amazing dresses and skirts from those eras. each thing is $6.50.
Also saw a great vaudeville show at the fringe last night, i love thatt stuff and i totally envy the lifestyle of the people who perform and make us laugh and travel the world from festival to festival doing quirky clever creative things to make us laugh. what a life that would be!!
Hope your well.
