I have not been in a band, but I can imagine that you develop strong bonds to the people and that must make it very hard to leave.
It is good to follow you heart though and changes turn out for the good more often than not.
If you go to live in London, that will seem so crowded compared to the places round here, but there must be so much choice and activity, which makes London feel alive.
