On Thursday we went in there with the full intention of fighting it but he shortly decided that he was going to accept the other lawyer's offer of 15 months of jail. I think he understood what chances he had that day and I think he understood how tired I was from all that...
After that I told him I was proud of him, It takes a man to accept his punishment, most try to hide from it or get out of it all together. To date that was probably the most decent thing my brother has ever done. He usually only thought about himself and his friends.
It's all kind of disappointing but i'm just sort of glad it's over... um... I think glad is the word...
