I know this is not the best place to share this but a little girl needs help. I met her and her dad while on vacation and it broke my heart to see the bruise on this little 5 year old's arm from being yanked around by her bi-polar mother who refuses to take her meds. Her mom and dad share custody but from what I saw when Sunshine arrived from mom's to a week later was like night and day. She thrives in dad's care and he takes the time to be involved in her daily life.
I do have sympathy for her mom's situation but that ends where she chooses to not take her meds and doesn't provide a safe and healthy environment for Sunshine. Housing is re-inspecting mom's apartment every 2 weeks and getting ready to evict her because it is so dirty and piled with crap (hoarding at its worst) if that doesn't change.
