I find that no matter where I work there are people I hate, so all I can do is make the manager like me more and make their life hell. but i am never one for mature situations

Work sucks but at least you have a job

I know, lame to say... but stuff will get better. Really. Think of how fortunate you are to have seen dude's true colors. 2 1/2 years seems like forever, but you've got a lifetime of smiles and happiness ahead of you. Think about it this way... you learned a lot in the last couple years, now you can put what you've learned to use and connect with someone even better for you and who can make you much much happier. Really.
