yeah, i know...it IS weird...but the weirdest thing is realizing that all these advertising hotshots are, like, our age and shit.

at least it was weird for me when i realized it, when i first heard the orb's 'little fluffy clouds' on a vw beetle commercial.

i'm not exactly sure what you mean when you talk about taking those bands for granted...i don't think i did, but maybe it's just that i don't understand what you mean by it.

ah...the unforgettable fire, war- remember when is was COOL to be into U2? now the same people who are into U2 are also digging on hootie and the blowfishsurreal

I always think that that picture (galway) would not have been half as good if it wasn't taken in galway! I don't know why, something about the mood is definately very specific to the area.

hmm...i don't even want to say the words 'who will save us" based on some of the crap that SPin and A.P. list.

However, one album I'm anticipating is the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs (due in April).

Some friends and I speculated that a David Bowie (like Ziggy era) would not be possible today. Everything is too controlled to have something so out of hand happen. Neither could an Ozzy or Led Zeppelin pass by without some sort of food product's label on it. You know what I mean? What could possibly happen now?

My next pieces I'm working on deal with only effects units...no music or sound input. Yee-haaaaaa

by your logic, is anyone who takes anyone out for fondue a good, loving person? smile

when *i* was in early high school, jocks didn't like music. i remember being shocked when they first started coming to shows and sporting band t-shirts and such. of course, i'm talking about the nirvana/pearl jam-ish time, so there was a wide appeal. there was just some point when our rock station started gathering a much wider audience.

patrick fugit was on er last night. i think he was the topic of the first comment i ever left for you. smile

happy day. kiss
