We went to Ikea last night because we discovered it has midnight opening and it's like porn to my Good Lady Wife.

However, it was almost empty cos they're refurbishing it.

We only managed to buy cutlery.

We left engulfed in a wistful melancholy.

Today we feel empty and unfulfilled.

It's a good thing I'm on your friend list because I bought two bookcases at Ikea last week and I'm super excited about both of them.

You should be proud of me I made it all the way to the end of your journal. What do I win? I'm not a buyer of bookcases but I have been meaning to build one for a while now. My book stacks are getting high on the floor.

i think it would be funny to build a bookcase out of books. that would be pretty wild, i think. of course, i also think that clogs are cool shoes, so take that as you will.

What's your new job? I have weekends off now, yes. I quit the old one, and am going to be finishing my internship this week....which means I will have all days off except Tuesday mornings! But alas, it looks like I will be bartending soon again.....

This week, I also managed to fuck up some pretty awesome relationships.. accidently, of course.. and not single-handedly.. but I still had a part in it, so that kinda sucks. I'm hoping, though, that these people can forgive my mistake and remember that I really care about them.. I'm just not perfect.
